Our mission is to democratize a system that was never built to be accessible.

Why Now?
We’re building WorthyTrust at a moment when $80 trillion in generational wealth is about to change hands and the legal tools for protecting it haven’t changed in decades.
Where We’re Headed
Web3, and financial technology are converging. We're using them to rewire the trust system starting with those who’ve been left out until now.
“WorthyTrust isn’t about disruption. It’s about dignity, protection, and clarity for people who’ve been priced out of legal security.”
Tristan Richards, Co-Founder & CEO
Our Story
WorthyTrust began with a simple (but annoying) problem: setting up a trust was harder than raising capital, shipping code, or doing taxes. We were building startups, helping family members plan their estates, and stumbling through a legal system that felt outdated, overpriced, and deliberately opaque.

The more we looked into it, the clearer it became: trusts weren’t broken because of bad intent, rather they were broken because the infrastructure hadn’t caught up with how people actually invest, manage, and protect their assets today.

So we built what we wished existed, a trust platform powered by smart contracts and priced like software, not like a white-shoe law firm. Because your financial future shouldn’t depend on whether you can afford a lawyer who still uses a fax machine.

Our Values
Programmable Confidence
We believe trust should be encoded, not implied. From smart contracts to system design, we build logic that enforces intent transparently and reliably.
Radical Clarity
We make the complex understandable, stripping out jargon, fine print, and hidden steps because dignity starts with comprehension.
Default to Decentralize
Every trust runs on-chain, giving users full control, global access, and censorship resistance by default. Because your financial legacy shouldn't depend on someone else's permission.
Adapt or Die (Quietly)
The world changes. So should your trust. Our platform is built to evolve with web3, assets, and life. Because set-it-and-forget-it isn’t how legacy works anymore.
“Financial infrastructure should be programmable. That’s what we’re building. Code that enforces intent, not just documents that describe it.”
